Are you curious about Tarot but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you have a deck at home, and you keep second guessing yourself when you use it. This workshop is meant to get you started on your journey right away. We will go over card meanings, but more importantly we will look at how to connect your real life to those cards and get valuable insights even as a beginner.
Topics covered:
- Rules and Rituals: worried you’re doing it wrong? Are you even allowed to read your own cards? What’s the purpose of the rituals you’ve seen tarot readers do?
-Card selection: shuffling methods and using your intuition to choose the cards
- Spreads: you’ll get print outs of my most versatile spreads and we’ll discuss the pros and cons of different types of spreads
- Deck Overview and Structure: We’ll go through all 78 cards and how they relate to each other
- Interpretation: so you understand what the cards mean on their own, but how do you combine multiple cards? How do you connect them to different situations and questions?
This workshop is meant as a jumping off point. Tarot 201 classes will be available in the future to dive into various topics in greater detail.
