Highly Mystical Creations LLC is NOT responsible for the loss or damage of items/packages.  Once they are in the possession of USPS, UPS or any shipping company we use, we no longer have any control.  We pack every order with the utmost care and padding. 

We ship within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Why 5 days? We have a routine process here at the nursery (If your order does not contain plants, processing time is closer to 3 days). Our plants are watered on a schedule and we want to make sure your plants are in the right state before shipping. Plants that ship too wet or too dry won't arrive happy. We also want to minimize the transit time and try to optimize our ship days based on length of travel. Plants don’t love dark boxes. You’ll receive an email confirming ship date with a tracking number for you to review. Order online and pick up your order at our store front located at 308 W Callowhill St Perkasie PA 18944 (the front portion of Dragonflies Salon)

Refunds are NOT provided unless an item arrives broken.  (Please provide a picture within 72 hours of delivery date). In those cases, we may provide store credit or a replacement depending on the situation & availability. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what you ordered or in some way faulty, please contact us customerservice@highlymysticalcreations.com immediately. We ask you to quote your order number, provide details of the product you wished to purchase or the damage or fault with the items and, if possible, a photo of the goods received.  

Because plants are perishable items, we do not accept returns. No exceptions. It is just not feasible to ship a plant out and have it returned and the plant to live through that much stress.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery about any issues with the plant(s) and/or crystals you received. This can include dead plants, dried out roots, broken crystals, and incorrect items being shipped out.

All orders may be cancelled up until the order has been printed by the warehouse. At that point, we are no longer able to cancel orders. And we are not able to accept any plants that are returned. If you request to have your order cancelled, we will do our best to oblige. But in some instances, there may be nothing we can do to prevent the order from shipping out.

Depending on the order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on orders to cover the costs of credit card processing and labor costs involved.

Note: we are not able to cancel any special ordered products.

When sourcing crystals, we try to mostly work with small family-owned businesses and/or mine owners whenever we can to have more transparency and handpick the crystals in our shop. We are still fairly new to the industry, but we have been working to build trust with our suppliers in order to understand better where they source their materials from too.  Especially since we cannot personally visit the mines or factories.  But we do try to trace them back as far as possible.  We try to be as informed as possible, but constantly learning more and diving deeper into the whole sustainability and ethical sourcing side of things.

All crystals are packaged securely and shipped the safest way possible, but we know accidents happen. If your order containing crystals arrive broken and damaged please reach out to us right away so we can help resolve the situation.

All items are shipped with full coverage of insurance, provided by the shipping carrier. We hope it never occurs, but in the unusual occurrence of a lost or damaged package, you will be covered and reimbursed in full.  The only thing we ask of you is your cooperation to aid in the filing of an insurance claim. This may include sending images to document the damaged item(s), shipping box or poly box, and packing materials.

Please note that the images we have on our website represent the quality & sizing you can expect to receive, not the actual stones as seen in image. Each stone is unique & one of a kind so there will be variations in color and shape.
Crystals and salt lamps are naturally formed and often have imperfections and veins that look like faults but are not.
Please know that we will hand pick the best most beautiful pieces for you.

All information about the metaphysical properties of the crystals is for reference only. It is a combination of research on how the gemstones have been used by different cultures today and throughout history, and my own personal experience. We do not recommend using crystals as a substitute for conventional medical or psychological treatment and do not claim they cure or heal medical conditions. Please always listen to the advice of your medical professional and only use crystals as a complimentary therapy in addition to medical treatment.

Due to the delicate nature of plants we do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays, all orders with plants will be shipped Mondays-Wednesdays to ensure the package is not left in a warehouse with our shipping carrier over the weekend. 

If you live or have an order being shipped to, a location with temperatures that reach below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, we strongly recommend purchasing a winter heat pack to ensure your plant(s) arrive safely and without damage caused by winter temperatures. We will activate it just before shipping. 

Highly Mystical Creations will not ship plants if we feel if they will not arrive in the best condition possible due to the cold temperature. We will hold any order for as long as necessary if a heat pack is needed and not purchased. We can cancel any order if a heat pack is needed and not purchased after holding the plants for up to two weeks at our nursery. It is the customers responsibility to communicate with us if they are experiencing below freezing conditions. We want what is best for the plant to arrive in the best condition possible. We will ship you your new plants as soon as possible bearing the weather is cooperating. 

It is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to be aware of shipping delays with carriers and order a heat pack with their orders containing plants! We are NOT responsible for damages or delays incurred in shipping. We are not responsible for shipping or replacement costs associated with items that are returned to sender or sent to the incorrect address. Customers are responsible for the costs of the new postage charges and may be liable for a replacement fee of 20% as plants that are returned to us may not be viable and we may need to substitute new ones. There are risks associated with shipping any plant, no matter the distance. We do our best to list plants we feel travel the best, however, plants are living things and some things are out of our control. By purchasing a plant from us, or anywhere online, you assume the risk that loss is a possibility and the plant(s) may not bounce back.

Highly Mystical Creations cannot guarantee the condition of the plants upon arrival if plants are shipped in colder temperatures without a heat pack added. If ordering multiple plants, please be sure you order one heat pack for every 4 plants in your order.

Shipping live plants is risky--the customer chooses to accept these risks when an order is placed. Please be aware that shipping can stress and damage plants and oftentimes plants will arrive with some normal transit damage and will need time to recover from shipping. ***Please consider temperatures when placing your order. We are NOT responsible for ANY damages that happen during shipment, this includes damage incurred by heat, cold, or being tossed around in shipping, etc. which can stress and kill plants while they are in a box. If a plant is damaged during shipment, it is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to submit a claim for those damages with the shipping carrier.

Heat Packs and Express shipping options are available! Please include Heat Packs when the weather is 32 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. If temperatures are below 32 degrees, your order will be held until warmer weather unless requested and order will be canceled if held longer then 14 days. It is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to consider temperatures when placing your order. If you place an order and choose NOT to purchase a heat pack during cold weather, YOU are accepting full responsibility for any damage your plants may receive during transit. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund if a heat pack is not purchased at the time of your order and plants show signs of cold damage per our evaluation. We STRONGLY advise keeping an eye on your tracking information and bringing packages inside immediately when delivered. It is not advised to ship live plants when temperatures are below 20 degrees or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat packs can only do so much to protect plants during shipping.

Due to computer monitor color settings, lighting, photo settings etc. photo colors may not reflect true real-life colors.
Mature plant sizes and descriptions are obtained from various reputable industry sources, but actual sizes and descriptions can and will vary based on growing conditions. We obtain photos and descriptions of newly introduced plants from the breeder or marketing companies for such plants. Occasionally the plant may vary from the picture and or description due to cultural, growing location, or climate changes. Highly Mystical Creations offers no guarantees regarding this matter. 

Please note that the photos of the plants advertised on our website are real photos that we have taken ourselves.

We want to make it clear that the plant you purchase will be the same type of plant and it will be SIMILAR to the one in the photo, but it will not be the actual plant photographed. The actual height of the plant you are receiving will be the same height mentioned in the item description if not taller. There may also be slight variations in the shape and size of the leaves.
