SERVICES POLICIES, TERMS & DISCLAIMERS

Applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Tarot & oracle readings

  • Intuitive readings

  • Energy work

  • Spiritual guidance

  • Astrology services

  • Guest practitioner services

  • One-on-one or group services

  • Any metaphysical, spiritual, or intuitive offering

1. AGREEMENT TO SERVICES TERMS

By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in any service offered at or through Highly Mystical Creations (“Services”), you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, and disclaimers outlined below.

These policies apply to:

  • In-person services

  • Services booked online

  • Walk-in services (if available)

  • Services provided by guest practitioners

Failure to read these policies does not exempt the Client from compliance.

2. BOOKING, PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

PAYMENT REQUIRED

All services must be paid in full prior to the start of the session unless otherwise stated.

Booking a service reserves time, space, and practitioner availability.

ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL SALE

All services are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Missed appointments

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or emergencies

  • Personal circumstances

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes

Once a service has been booked or performed, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

3. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel or fail to attend your scheduled service:

  • Your payment is forfeited

  • No refund or credit will be issued

RESCHEDULING (DISCRETIONARY)

Rescheduling may be considered only at the discretion of Highly Mystical Creations or the practitioner and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Approval is not guaranteed.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Late arrival may result in a shortened session

  • Sessions will still end at the scheduled time

  • No extensions or refunds will be provided

NO-SHOWS

Failure to arrive without notice is considered a no-show and forfeits payment in full.

4. CLIENT CONDUCT & SESSION EXPECTATIONS

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR

Clients must treat staff and practitioners with respect.

The following will result in immediate termination of the session without refund:

  • Harassment

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Inappropriate comments

  • Sexual remarks or advances

  • Disregard for boundaries

NO PROSELYTIZING OR DEBATE

Services are not a space for:

  • Religious persuasion

  • Spiritual superiority

  • Arguing belief systems

STAFF & PRACTITIONER BOUNDARIES

Practitioners provide spiritual guidance only.

They do not provide:

  • Therapy

  • Counseling

  • Crisis intervention

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

5. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

All services are voluntary.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Spiritual and energetic experiences are subjective

  • Emotional responses may occur

  • Outcomes are not guaranteed

You assume full responsibility for your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being.

6. METAPHYSICAL & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

All services offered are for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

Services are NOT a substitute for:

  • Medical care

  • Mental health treatment

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

No diagnoses, prescriptions, guarantees, or outcomes are provided.

Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for medical, legal, or psychological concerns.

7. NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES

Highly Mystical Creations and its practitioners make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy of readings

  • Manifestation results

  • Healing outcomes

  • Spiritual clarity or predictions

All interpretations are subjective and based on intuitive insight.

8. HEALTH, MEDICAL & SENSITIVITY DISCLOSURE

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

  • Pregnancy

  • Medical conditions

  • Sound sensitivity

  • Emotional vulnerability

  • Trauma triggers

Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

9. MINORS & CONSENT

  • Services for minors require a parent or legal guardian present unless otherwise approved

  • Guardian assumes all responsibility

  • Some services may be restricted to adults only

10. RECORDING & PRIVACY

  • Recording sessions is not permitted without explicit consent from both the practitioner and Highly Mystical Creations

  • Unauthorized recording may result in termination of the session

Client privacy is respected; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in shared or public spaces.

11. GUEST PRACTITIONERS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some services are provided by independent guest practitioners.

  • Practitioners operate independently

  • Highly Mystical Creations is not responsible for individual interpretations, methods, or advice

  • All sales remain final

12. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Highly Mystical Creations reserves the right to:

  • End a session early

  • Refuse service

  • Remove a Client from the premises

If a session is terminated due to Client behavior, no refund will be issued.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

By booking or attending a service, you agree to:

  • Release Highly Mystical Creations, its owners, staff, and practitioners from all liability

  • Indemnify and hold harmless the business from claims arising from participation

This includes emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or personal decisions made following a service.

14. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Highly Mystical Creations reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including policy violations, safety concerns, or behavior inconsistent with the integrity of the space.

15. FINAL SERVICES ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking or receiving a service, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this Services Policy

  • Accept that all services are final sale

  • Assume all risks associated with participation

  • Agree to abide by all shop rules
