EVENT, WORKSHOP & SERVICES POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS

1. AGREEMENT TO EVENT TERMS

By purchasing a ticket, reserving a spot, attending an event, participating in a workshop, class, ritual, circle, sound bath, or service hosted by Highly Mystical Creations (the “Event”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, and disclaimers outlined in this document.

These policies apply to:

  • Ticket holders

  • Walk-in participants (if permitted)

  • Guests, companions, or observers

  • Minors (with guardian responsibility)

Failure to read these policies does not exempt any Participant from compliance.

2. EVENT TICKETS, PAYMENT & RESERVATIONS

ALL EVENT SALES ARE FINAL

All ticket purchases, registrations, deposits, and service bookings are non-refundable and non-reversible.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals

  • Early departures

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness, injury, or emergencies

  • Weather or travel issues

  • Personal circumstances

Tickets are reserved specifically for you and cover materials, preparation, staffing, facilitator fees, space rental, and administrative costs.

NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS

This policy is firm and applies regardless of reason. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of this policy.

TICKET TRANSFERS (LIMITED & DISCRETIONARY)

Transfers may be considered only at the discretion of Highly Mystical Creations and must be requested no less than 24 hours before the scheduled Event.

  • Transfers are not guaranteed

  • Missed deadlines void transfer eligibility

  • No refunds will be issued in place of a transfer

PRICING & ERRORS

Highly Mystical Creations reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel or adjust tickets purchased due to technical or listing errors

  • Modify event details as needed

If an event must be canceled by the shop, participants will be notified of available options (credit or reschedule), determined solely by the shop.

3. EVENT CHECK-IN & ATTENDANCE

ARRIVAL & LATE ENTRY

  • Please arrive on time

  • Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid disrupting the event

  • Missed content due to lateness is not refundable or transferable

NO-SHOWS

Failure to attend without notice is considered a forfeited ticket.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Leaving early for any reason does not entitle the participant to a refund, partial credit, or replacement ticket.

4. EVENT CONDUCT & PARTICIPANT EXPECTATIONS

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR

All participants must treat facilitators, staff, and fellow attendees with kindness, respect, and consideration.

Harassment, judgment, disruption, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

NO PROSELYTIZING OR PERSUASION

Events are spaces for exploration, not conversion.

Participants may not:

  • Preach or recruit

  • Push belief systems

  • Disrupt the experience of others

FACILITATOR AUTHORITY

Facilitators and staff maintain authority during events.

Failure to follow instructions or respect boundaries may result in removal without refund.

5. HEALTH, SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITY

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation is entirely voluntary. You assume all risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical movement or stillness

  • Sound exposure (singing bowls, music)

  • Incense, smoke-free alternatives, essential oils

  • Emotional or energetic responses

NOT MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR MENTAL HEALTH CARE

Events, workshops, readings, rituals, and sound baths are provided for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

They are not:

  • Medical treatment

  • Therapy or counseling

  • Legal advice

Participants are responsible for seeking licensed professional care when needed.

ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Events may include:

  • Herbs

  • Oils

  • Smoke or scent (or scent-free alternatives)

  • Sound vibrations

Participants are responsible for assessing their own sensitivities. Notify staff before the event of known concerns.

PREGNANCY & MEDICAL CONDITIONS

If pregnant, nursing, epileptic, sound-sensitive, or under medical care, consult a professional before participating.

Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

6.MATERIALS, SUPPLIES & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

EVENT MATERIALS

Materials provided are for use during the event unless otherwise stated.

Highly Mystical Creations is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen personal items

  • Damage to personal belongings brought to the event

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Participants are financially responsible for any damage caused to:

  • Event materials

  • Shop property

  • Furniture or equipment

7. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING & MEDIA CONSENT

MEDIA USE

Highly Mystical Creations may photograph or record portions of events for marketing and promotional purposes.

By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used unless you notify staff in advance.

PERSONAL RECORDING

Recording events, facilitators, or other participants is prohibited without explicit permission.

Unauthorized recording may result in removal.

8. GUEST FACILITATORS & THIRD-PARTY EVENTS

Some events are hosted by guest facilitators.

  • Facilitators operate independently

  • Highly Mystical Creations is not responsible for personal interpretations, advice, or outcomes

  • All sales remain final

9. EVENT CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION & FORCE MAJEURE

Highly Mystical Creations reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule or modify events

  • Change facilitators or format

  • Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

Events may be impacted by:

  • Weather

  • Illness

  • Power outages

  • Safety concerns

  • Acts beyond our control

If an event is canceled by the shop, resolution (credit or reschedule) will be determined at the shop’s discretion.

10. REMOVAL FROM EVENTS

Participants may be removed without refund for:

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Policy violations

  • Harassment

  • Intoxication

  • Failure to follow instructions

Staff judgment is final.

11. LIABILITY RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION

By attending an event, you agree to:

  • Release Highly Mystical Creations, its owners, staff, facilitators, and representatives from all claims or liability

  • Indemnify and hold harmless the business from damages arising from participation

This includes emotional, physical, or energetic experiences.

12. NO GUARANTEES

Highly Mystical Creations makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Results

  • Healing

  • Manifestation

  • Spiritual outcomes

Each experience is unique and subjective.

13. FINAL EVENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and agree to this Event Policy

  • Accept all risks associated with participation

  • Understand that all sales are final

  • Agree to abide by all shop rules
