RECEIVING YOUR NEW PLANTS

WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU THROUGH YOUR JOURNEY AS A PROUD PLANT PARENT!

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR NEW PLANTS

Contact customerservice@highlymysticalcreations.com with any other concerns you may have.

1: Remove all the protective wrapping.

2: If plant has damaged leaves, you can trim them off without damaging the plant. Leaves can discolor and receive damage during shipping.

3: It is recommended you re-pot your plant (except air plants) into a more permanent planter once the plant is acclimated to its new environment. Follow the re-potting instructions.

4: Follow the care instructions for your plant species.

5: Enjoy your new plant

 

IF YOUR NEW PLANTS ARE DAMAGED

It is possible that plants can receive damage during shipping, but most commonly will bounce back and recover with proper care.

ONLY SKIP TO STEP 3 IF PLANTS ARE PAST THE POINT OF RECOVERY AND/ OR COMPLETELY DEAD

1: Follow all the steps above

2: Wait 5-7 days to see if plant recovers

3: If plant does not recover, please email us pictures of the plant to customerservice@highlymysticalcreations.com and we will try to make the situation right.
